From 9 June we will (finally) offer our running seminars from Tuesday (Thalwil) and Wednesday (Zurich). Although a little shortened with seven trainings until the summer holidays, after the long break all the more motivated. Will you join us? We are looking forward to the joint trainings. Due to the special circumstances, you now have the opportunity to participate in individual trainings.

We offer you the best possible preparation with a focus on efficient training. We train together on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in performance groups. This seminar is suitable for athletes of all performance classes. Beginners are welcome
