Pull rope training has also reached many amateur swimmers since the lockdown. Properly applied, it is an excellent and varied technique, strength and even endurance training. But few know how to use the rope properly. An experienced swimming coach will show you the most important training forms and work individually with you on the technique.

Dates, location and costs

Thursdays, 26 November 2020 (Seminar 1) and 21 January 2021 (Seminar 2). 3 blocks of 1h20′, max. 4 Participants/Block: Block 1: 18.00-19.20/Block 2: 19.20-20.40/Block 3: 20.40-22.00. The seminar will take place at Tempo Sport in Horgen. The participation fee is CHF 80.- per person per block.

Coach

You will be coached by Michael Tronczik. He is a former top swimmer, a well-known triathlon coach and expert and examiner of the Eidg. Swimming instructor.
