Do you want to work on your form in winter? Does it bore you to rewind monotonous cycling kilometres on the turbo trainer? With our “Winter-Koppel-Trainings” you build up a solid base in a motivating group. This multisport training is suitable for all athletes with a basic fitness for longer workouts. The training can be individually adapted thanks to adjustable spinning bikes and a shortened running track. Several spinning instructors alternate, so that new inputs are waiting for you in each training.
Training content and structure
The brick workout follows a structure. We continuously increase the loads in intensity and length. For the time being, basic endurance in the endurance run is on the program, but then also intervals, stairs and faster endurance runs. We will slowly increase the length of the brick run. At the beginning of the seminar we run about 60 minutes, towards the end up to 90 minutes. This is of course voluntary, everyone is free to train according to their own intensity guidelines. After the actual brick training, the training room is still available for individual core training and stretching.
Place and time
The seminar will take place at Holmes Place Health Club, (1st floor, Studio 1), Seestrasse 97, 8942 Oberrieden. The training starts at 1.15 p.m.,set up and prepare from 1 p.m. Duration: until approx. 5 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 measures, there may be restrictions on the use of the wellness area after the workout. In addition, fewer spinning bikes are available than usual, which limits the maximum number of participants. A quick registration is therefore recommended.
