Even if we can’t do seminars or group trainings at the moment, we don’t leave you alone. On our Youtube channel we have already uploaded several videos with training suggestions for swimming without pool and running without running route. More videos will follow in the coming days and weeks. Therefore, it is best to subscribe to the channel immediately and not to miss anything.
Sport can and must continue to be possible even during Corona Homeoffice times. Right now, we should make sure that we stay reasonably fit and ensure that our health system is not put under even more strain by lifestyle. Of course, this is also important for everyone personally. But I don’t think we really need to explain that at this point. Sport is just part of it for you and for us. Now: Even if all swimming pools are closed and we can only exercise outdoors to a limited extent, there are many ways to stay fit at our beloved sports. How this works, we show in various short videos for home use on our Youtube channel. Take a look and be inspired by our coaches. All trainings can be implemented in the smallest space. Ok, for the running school you need an even distance of ideally at least 10 meters. Maybe in the garden, in the underground car park, on the forecourt or in a (generous) apartment. A possible triathlon workout could look like this: core strength and rope training 20-30 min. After that running school and ladder training 20-30 min. Total 40-60 minutes of high-quality training, feasible in and around the house.
