Currently only our workshop is open. But we would like to support you in the lockdown in the best possible way and now offer an efficient running shoe consultation by phone and/or mail.

From January 19th (until February 27th) you have two options to get to the ideal running shoe:

Option 1: Telephone consultation during opening hours

Here’s how it works:
You will call us during the opening hours in Horgen. We go through all steps and questions together with you and we will find together the right shoe for you. This can then either be picked up or we send it to (in the area of Horgen we can also deliver by bike).
The current opening hours and the telephone number can be found here

Option 2: By e-mail 24/7

Here’s how it works:
You send an e-mail to tempo@tempo-sport.ch with the subject “Running Shoe Advice” with the following content:

– Information on the purpose of the running shoe (long/short trainings, asphalt, trails, etc.)

– Brand and model of your last shoes (with which you have been satisfied)

– The following 4 photos:
– Feet: 1 photo both feet from above and 1 photo foot from the inside (so we can see the arch)
– Running shoe: 1 photo of the sole (so that we can see the drain pattern) and 1 photo of the etiquette with the sizes (mostly in the tongue)

– We’ll take a look at this collected info and make a suggestion for your new running shoes.

– On-site pick-up or shipping: We then do this individually. In the immediate vicinity, we also deliver by bike ourselves.

Here you can see examples of the desired photos:

SWIM, BIKE, RUN – AND MORE

Sport is emotion. Whether you go jogging once a week or prepare an Ironman: sport always gives you something in return. Especially in the times of online shopping, we are convinced that these emotions can only be shared from person to person, athlete to athlete. In our stores you breathe real sports air. But above all, you will receive the advice you can expect on site.
