Are you looking for new impulses to improve your running performance? Would you like to complete a solid running training under professional guidance and train efficiently and purposefully? Then you are right in this running seminar.

We train together in different groups on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings. This seminar is suitable for athletes of all levels. Beginners are welcome.
We start right after the summer holidays, on August 18th and train weekly until October 22.
Attention: The seminars on Wednesday and Thursday start NEW at 7 p.m. Tuesday’s seminar (Thalwil) as before at 6.45 p.m.

– 10 guided trainings in performance-oriented groups by experienced coaches
– Detailed running training plans for the guided trainings
– Different forms of training for optimal and efficient preparation
– Technical training integrated in training sessions
